Every Friday the team shows what they shipped that week, live. Progress is visible and feedback is fast.
Every two weeks we talk to real clinics. Product decisions are fed directly from the field.
Three meeting-free days a week reserved for deep work. Uninterrupted focus is protected.
At the end of each quarter we openly discuss what worked and what needs to change.
One Friday afternoon a month is set aside to try a new tool, technique or idea.

A final conversation with the founder, then a clear offer. The whole process usually takes under two weeks.

Build Klinea's core product experience end to end with Next.js and Node.js.
Design and scale the AI agents and RAG pipelines that power patient communication.
Take the flows clinics use every day from research to high-quality interfaces.
